Yoga & Meditation with Bhavani

Meet the team…….

Bhavani has been teaching Satyananda Hatha yoga around Gippsland for 25 years.

She offers a wealth of knowledge and experience specialising in Hatha, Restorative yoga, Menopause yoga, Qigong, and Komyo Reiki healing.

Her classes are a gentle and supportive environment to create a deep connection with breath body, mind and energy body.  Classes are soothing and allow students to effortlessly release tension and stress, allowing the body to come back into balance and harmony. Each class will include some chanting, flowing yoga movements, gentle stretching, pranayama and a deep relaxing meditation.

Yoga with Cara

Cara offers Hartha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes that gently support strength, stediness and nervous system regulation. Her teaching weaves breath, mindful movement and grounded awareness, creating space for students to reconnect with themselves without pressure or performance.

With deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms, Cara encourages a practice that is both strengthening and settling. Outside the studio, she is a passionate gardener who finds inspiration in natures cycles- something that subtly informs the calm, steady tone of her classes.

Yoga With Kerry

Kerry offers a special monthly Yin Yoga class, creating a dedicated space for students to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with their bodies. With a gentle and nurturing approach, her classes invite clarity and deep release, helping students soften long-held tension while using breath and awareness to quiet the mind.

Alongside her yoga teaching, Kerry is a primary school teacher and a mental wellbeing leader within her school community. She is also a certified kids yoga instructor, bringing a deep understanding of mindfulness, emotional awareness, and the importance of creating safe spaces for both children and adults.

Kerry’s two-hour end-of-month Yin sessions provide a beautiful pause — a bridge between the month that has been and the one ahead — offering time to reflect, restore, and reset

Yoga with Bernadette

A woman with brown hair tied back, smiling, wearing a black collared shirt, against a plain white background.

Bernadette specializes in Hatha Yoga, a beautiful and accessible entry point into the practice, blending movement, breath, and meditation in a balanced and supportive way. She also offers Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic and flowing style derived from Hatha, where sequenced movement is seamlessly linked with breath to create a rhythmic and energizing experience.

In addition, Bernadette offers Fascia Decompression, a slower-paced and deeply restorative modality designed to gently release tension and adhesions within the fascia. This work not only supports physical ease and mobility but can also help release stored emotions held within the body.

Meditation with Amie

A woman with light brown hair smiling outdoors, wearing a white top and hoop earrings, with trees and greenery in the background.

Amie offers meditation practices designed to calm the mind and bring gentle awareness and healing to the body. Each breath becomes an invitation to soften, to let go of what no longer serves, and to open to the quiet whispers of new possibility.

Pilates With Jen

A smiling woman with long blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a turquoise patterned top, silver earrings, and a white watch, sitting indoors with pink and green plants in the background.

At Our Potentiality, our Yoga, Pilates and Meditation offerings are an invitation to slow down.

These practices are for those who feel the call to soften the nervous system, quiet the mind, and return to the body with gentleness and care. This is not about pushing, striving, or perfecting a pose — it’s about creating space to breathe, feel, and reconnect with yourself.

Our center is rooted in connection. We intentionally cultivate an environment where you can feel safe, supported, and comfortable to be your most authentic, beautiful self. Whether you are new to movement or returning after time away, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

Our teachers place your wellbeing, safety, and comfort at the heart of every class. Each session is guided with awareness and compassion, offering options and encouragement so you can move at your own pace and honor your body’s needs.

Classes are one hour in length, allowing the body time to arrive, settle, and gently unwind. As the practice unfolds, tension begins to melt away, creating space for relaxation and restoration — both physically and mentally.

Unlike a dedicated studio focused on performance or fitness goals, our intention is to support the slowing of the mind and the gentle return to harmony within the body. Our offerings are suitable for all stages of life and all fitness levels, supporting balance, ease, and presence.

Jen has always loved to dance and move to music, so progressing from ballet in childhood to aerobics and the fitness industry has been very natural progression for her. She is has 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a movement coach and still loves it.

Jen’s focus has always been about the emotional and mental benefits of exercise and movement, she has created programs and classes that are fun, personal and achievable for you, using techniques from dance, Pilates, boxing, and aerobics.

Jen also is a reiki practitioner and work with Young Living essential oils. She looks forward to expanding her offerings in these cleaning and healing techniques.
